"Crescent Tides"    Print # 49869      The waves rush in at Crescent Beach, Oregon. This is a wonderful stretch of beach just north of Cannon Beach, Oregon. It is part of Ecola State Park and is only accessible by hiking or if the tide gets low enough, you may be able to get around the cape at Chapman Point (be careful not to get caught by the rising tide). At low tide there are many tide pools to explore and an abundance of birds of various kinds depending on the season.
